The Boston Herald reports thats there are plans in the works for an additional pier on the seaport waterfront, near the Bank of America pavilion. This is a location that already has some great restaurants, not to mention the concert hall. What is interesting is the dry dock pier and surrounding area. It seems incredibly underutilized- I have been driving and boating by this area for years, actually decades, and it seems like it is prime space that could be more efficiently used given the increasing demand for prime space in this part of town. It will be interesting to see what gets built down here- hopefully something nice.
